Website Subscription Agreement

Setup and delivery. The setup fee covers the agreed website design, build, and launch. Work begins after Veylor receives the required content, access, and direction. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and client delays extend the timeline.
Monthly service. Beginning 30 days after signup, the Website Management Plan automatically renews every month at $249.00 until canceled. It includes hosting, maintenance, security, support, and reasonable routine text or image updates within the existing design. New pages, redesigns, custom integrations, and major scope changes may require a separate quote.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal at veylormarketing.com/pay-monthly, by email, or by phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Client responsibilities. You confirm that you may use all content you provide and that it complies with law. You will provide timely approvals, access, and accurate information. Veylor may pause work or hosting for nonpayment or unlawful use.
Ownership and platform. After all applicable fees are paid, you own your supplied content and the final client-specific website content. Veylor retains its pre-existing tools, reusable code, processes, and third-party platform components.
Electronic consent. By checking the box and typing your name, you agree to transact electronically and accept these terms.
